SPAWHE is the corrective environmental design that is missing in the whole world. Now all citizens can choose from solutions imposed from above and SPAWHE that comes from below, without interest, political, economic, religion, trade unions or environmental associations, but only of men and natural global resources. 

SPAWHE is as Internet for Environment. Ie the circular economy applied to the management of water, air energy in all  anthropogenic sectors. Without  many networks  of connection between human activities is not possible to close properly all organic and inorganic transformation cycles and the planet can not be protected.

To stop global ​warming  ​and purify the ​environment ​globally are ​not enough ​specific skills.​ They serve ​global skills ​that bring ​together ​coherently the ​plants in limited  ​area and ​connecting them ​with each other.​ But current ​systems that ​have been ​designed with ​specific skills,​ not global, ​can not connect.​ Authorities ​and entrepreneurs ​of the ​industrialized ​countries ​pretend not to ​understand the ​global language ​of SPAWHE. It Is ​not convenient ​ for the ​authorities ​admit mistakes ​and entrepreneurs ​to change bad ​investments. ​Who have to ​stop global ​warming, if ​those who have ​a job, public ​or private must ​obey the ​authorities and ​entrepreneurs? ​The answer is ​simple but ironic: The ​poor, the ​unemployed and ​pensioners? It ​is no ​coincidence ​that the ​inventor of ​SPAWHE is one ​of them. Only a ​development ​model as SPAWHE,​ can allow ​countries ​developing to not ​make the same ​mistakes. But ​nobody does ​anything about ​it. Governments ​and entrepreneurs ​of industrial ​countries ​export wrong ​systems that ​have warmed the ​planet and the ​developing ​countries claim ​credits for CO2 ​emissions, ​because they ​too have the ​right to ​development (and pollute as they did and make industrialized countries). ​ The sustainable desalination system described in SPAWHE is also valid as a tertiary treatment system for agricultural and groundwater water polluted of heavy metal nitrates and arsenic. But what ​is amazing is ​the fact that ​planning ​globally plants,​ these will ​produce more ​energy than ​they consume, ​and to purify ​both desalinate,​ both to lift ​and distribute ​the water, its ​simply to ​recycle the ​water in mobile ​systems. Hydroelectric energy by recycling water in SPAWHE has become the most powerful energy source on the planet, although authorities, entrepreneurs and even science do not know that type of electricity. But this story can not last indefinitely SPAWHE consists of thirty Italian patents that have not found sponsors, one of which turned into a European patent filing and four in international deposits, which even found interlocutors for the reasons explained above. But SPAWHE is a logical and interactive system that produces energy while manages and protects the environment while current purification and energy systems are only at odds with each other technologies with low returns, which do not manage and do not protect the environment globally. ​SPAWHE not involved in politics but believes that the best world politics is the organization of scientific work that closes all organic and inorganic cycles that opens. Per fermare il riscaldamento globale e purificare l'ambiente a livello mondiale non sono sufficienti competenze specifiche. Servono competenze globali che mettono insieme in modo coerente gli impianti antropici di una determinata zona e li collegano tra loro. Ma i sistemi attuali che sono stati progettati con specifiche competenze, non globali, non possono connettersi. Le autorità e gli imprenditori dei paesi industrializzati fingono di non capire il linguaggio globale di SPAWHE. Non è conveniente per le autorità ammettere gli errori e per gli imprenditori a cambiare cattivi investimenti. Chi deve fermare il riscaldamento globale, se coloro che hanno un posto di lavoro, pubblico o privato, deve obbedire alle autorità e gli imprenditori? La risposta è semplice ma ironica: i poveri, i disoccupati e i pensionati. Non è un caso che l'inventore di SPAWHE sia uno di loro. Solo un modello di sviluppo come SPAWHE, può consentire ai paesi in via di sviluppo di non commettere gli stessi errori.

 Ma nessuno fa nulla. I governi e gli imprenditori dei paesi industrializzati  continuano a esportare sistemi sbagliati che hanno scaldato il pianeta ed i paesi in via di sviluppo rivendicano crediti per le emissioni di CO2, perché anche loro hanno il diritto allo sviluppo (e a inquinare come hanno fatto e fanno i paesi industrializzati). Lo sviluppo sostenibile di SPAWHE nessuno lo vuole sperimentare. Ma chi subisce i maggiori danni sono sempre i poveri che acquistano merce danneggiata. Il sistema di desalinizzazione sostenibile descritto in SPAWHE è valido anche come sistema di trattamento terziario per l'acqua agricola e le falde inquinate di metalli pesanti nitrati e arsenico. Ma quello che è incredibile è il fatto che progettando globalmente gli impianti, come fatto in SPAWHE, questi produrranno molta più energia di quanta ne consumano, sia per depurare sia desalinizzare, sia per sollevare e distribuire le acque, sia per riciclare semplicemente   l'acqua in sistemi mobili.

L’energia idroelettrica con il riciclo dell’acqua in SPAWHE è diventata la fonte energetica più potente del pianeta, anche se autorità, imprenditori e perfino la scienza non conoscono tale tipo di energia. Ma questa storia non può durare all’infinito SPAWHE è composto da trenta brevetti italiani che non hanno trovato finanziatori, di cui uno trasformato in deposito di brevetto europeo  e quattro in depositi internazionali, che nemmeno hanno trovato interlocutori per i motivi sopra spiegati. Ma SPAWHE è un sistema logico e interattivo che produce energia mentre gestisce e protegge l’ambiente, mentre gli attuali sistemi depurativi ed energetici sono soltanto tecnologie in contrasto tra di loro con bassi rendimenti, che non gestiscono e non proteggono l’ambiente globalmente. SPAWHE non si occupa di politica ma ritiene che la migliore politica mondiale sia quella dell’organizzazione scientifica del lavoro che chiude tutti i cicli organici e inorganici che apre. INTRODUCTION

Humanity is now facing an ecological crisis of epic and exponentially increasing proportion, much of it resulting from the combination of an economic system which externalizes environmental impacts and poorly designed industrial system which  pollute on a global scale. This system concentrates wealth in a handful of wealthy industrialists at the expense of widespread environmental degradation. The Kyoto Protocol was an attempt to solve this problem with respect to carbon pollution and while it offered humanity good intentions, it could not deliver on them. The ongoing failure of governments over the past decades has in fact, now placed humanity in its present precarious position.

 To solve this difficult global problem, the relationship between governments and entrepreneurs is critical and in need of both reassessment and transformation. While governments role is generally to create policies for the benefit of society, the role of the entrepreneur is to conceive, develop and actualize beneficial innovations. Governments and entrepreneurs therefore have a mutually beneficial relationship. While government relies on entrepreneurs to create jobs and economic prosperity, entrepreneurs rely on government to establish fair rules that encourage the proliferation of important socio-economic innovations and offer them protection from unfair competition. But governments cannot enact effective policies to deal with our ecological problems if visionary, ecological-minded industrial entrepreneurs, with their wealth and knowledge in the design of industrial, environmental and energy systems are not invited to collaborate openly and impartially.

 Up until now, industry has been unable to effectively address the global environmental problems which it itself is responsible for creating. In order to do so, it is necessary for ecological-minded industrial innovators and institutions to work with government policymakers to draft policies and laws that can scale industrial productivity in environmental protection and make it an integral, not an optional part of all future industrial systems.

Today, the field of technology design offers the possibility of treatment pollution problems in  industrial scale. However, we are experiencing a situation in which pollution is produced on industrial scale while purification is still being performed at a handcrafted scale. The global design can be applied to all areas of human activities to rapidly harmonize our industrial systems with nature neutralizing at source the pollution, or better yet, transformed into useful and non-harmful industrial products. Regenerative industrial design offers the hope of restoring the chemical and biological balances found in dynamic natural systems by, for example returning needed minerals to the land and alkalinity to the oceans, both of which have been damaged by past and current practices.

 But the enormous potential which these regenerative industrial innovations offer to environmental protection and energy production cannot be unlocked until we bridge the communication gap between government and industry. The specifications of public tenders do not include the application of regenerative industrial systems which would significantly enhance energy production and pollution cleansing ability on a global scale. Public engineering companies that prepare tenders do not know have sufficient knowledge of these systems. Hence, their lack of expression in the tender specification means that even newly constructed systems do not advance the state of the art and are still constrained to high pollution and resource usage. Hence, if governments cannot improve the specification of their public works to increase environmental protection, private facilities that win these tenders will also not contribute towards fundamental transformation. 

 

 

THE SPAWHE SOLUTION

 

SPAWHE ins an acronym that stands for three integrated subsystems: 1) Synergy Plants with 2) Artificial Welling and 3) Hydro-electric Energy production. It is a new regenerative industrial design for a system that can enable future energy and resource production on a global, industrialized scale which eliminates waste production while also treating existing waste and resource scarcity issues. The new regenerative industrial design framework called SPAWHE is to the environment what the INTERNET is to global communication. The biological energy produced in SPAWHE is protective and competitive because it recovers heat and CO2 from fossil fuel production; submerged hydropower without hydraulic jump by exploiting the immense treasure of the hydrostatic head and oxygenates the seabed. The Artificial Welling has the potential to repair ocean acidification while  creating significant economic value by way of an immense amount of food and employment. Based upon a SPAWHE system, governments and entrepreneurs can together fashion laws and ethical investments that can lead to fundamental transformation. There are no more excuses for inaction; the first and most difficult step has been addressed by SPAWHE.

 

The "SP" of SPAWHE represents the global Synergy Plant for depuration, biomass production and thermoelectric cogeneration. It is a new biogeochemical industrial plant paradigm that leverages multi-dimensional industrial symbiosis to integrate traditional fossil-fuel based energy production, novel multi-modal pollution treatment and material production to enable emission-free energy production and environmental protection of the atmosphere and hydrosphere. With global systems we do not discard any source of energy, including coal, because CO2 is  used as an ingredient to manufacture fresh alkalized water that can be stored benignly in the oceans.  We can reproduce the system on a smaller scale for each urban plant chimney, recovering the CO2 and heat in the cities and factories with GUECD (Global Urban Environmental Conditioning and Depuration system).  The SP system depurates water and air and byproducts can change the alkalinity of the coastal and lakes waters.

 

The "AW" of SPAWHE stands Artificial Welling. The hydrostatic pressure is a potential energy which is presently undervalued but is present in all latitudes of the world that need only be triggered with submersible pumps that consume low amounts of energy to lift a large amount of nutrients and carbonates in the oceans creating the conditions for rich biological life and enhanced fish production on ocean surfaces and increasing the alkalinity of the surface water lost through CO2 emissions.

 

The “HE” of SPAWHE stands for Hydroelectric Energy (without hydraulic jump). Submersible coupled pumps and turbines can produce significant amounts of energy bringing oxygen to the deep ocean which has been contaminated in the past centuries. The potential of hydrostatic pressure has not been exploited sufficiently by using only hydraulic jumps and currents that require large works which is not always possible to achieve and is not always useful to the environment.

Although, separately,In the world have developed good technologies, have not developed global puryfing strategies. For these reasons we have studied SPAWHE that brings together the best now existing in all sectors.
