In this section you can understand that SPAWHE based on reasoning about the physical principles of water and air and the construction technology of pumps and hydraulic turbines may be designed many systems to produce clean and sustainable energy with the water recycling, in the version fixed and mobile, without the use of fossil fuels and organic. SPAWHE is only of a pensioner web site, has no money to build prototypes of these inventions, but physics and hydraulics, such as mathematics, are not personal opinions and the construction technique of the pumps  would allow realizzzazione of these solutions. If spawhe posted them and reported to the authorities and entrepreneurs around the world, at least someone would have to take technical and scientific responsibility to explain to the world that these solutions are not possible. For SPAWHE it is possible and we are ruining the planet unnecessarily.

SUBMERGED HYDROELECTRIC PLANTS FOR ENERGY PRODUCTION, OXYGENATION OF SEABED AND ARTIFICIAL WELLING
In this patent application we propose submerged hydroelectric plants marine and in lake that exploit the hydrostatic head, which, in addition to producing electricity, produce artificially the well-known phenomenon of downwelling, which brings surface water into polluted seabed. It creates even the lifting on surface of nutrients and of the carbonates deposited, avoiding the decomposition and increasing of the natural fish production. Therefore, these systems are very convenient from the point of view of economy, energy and biological. The invention of the pump with dual supply on the suction side has allowed the hydropower invention by recycling of water in an open vessel. With this system we have, at the same time, lifting water and the production of energy, mainly by exploiting the dynamic pressure (or kinetic energy) of the water flowing from the upper reservoir.
