Artificial intelligence could be used for the common good due to the enormous computing power it enables, but currently the system only involves an immense extraction of resources as it is limited to managing existing inventions. Furthermore, I believe it will never be comparable to the natural intelligence of human beings, who unfortunately die along with the body. Of course, I am thinking especially of the great natural geniuses like Einstein, Pascal, Leonardo, Galileo, Newton, Lorentz, and many others. Artificial intelligence must never be separated from human rationality, with moral principles. If artificial intelligence were a real intelligence, it would have realized, as I have, that we can extract an immense amount of free hydroelectric energy from the sea and transport it to land through the invention of artificial welling, never realized by the very ruling class that proposes it. This could be combined with a vast collection of rainwater that falls into the sea and conveyed through underwater conduits made of PVC or polyethylene pipes, transforming current terrestrial deserts into gardens. Obviously carrying out all the necessary water distribution works.

All my life, I've been involved in industrial, technological, and environmental man-made systems, but only in retirement could I design them my way, without considering employers who would have forced me to comply with the usual specifications that have been flawed by public bodies and private companies in both fossil fuel and electricity generation. Unfortunately, the state of the art is so advanced that no one believed me, as I had no way to demonstrate it with demonstration prototypes.
My modest pension has been a drop in the ocean for public bodies and multinationals, especially in the field of water lifting and the production of submerged and compressed hydroelectric power without the usual hydraulic jump.
The terrestrial science that has warmed the planet has not yet grasped these inventions, which are now at least a decade old. These inventions also include the artificial heart, which oxygenates human blood and could extend human life.

Human logic must meet the logic of nature and economics for practical reasons. Transporting electricity over long distances is not viable unless it is natural energy. Battery-powered cars are not a solution if submerged and compressed hydroelectric power exists worldwide, because this is the only natural energy that responds to natural principles. So improvised technological solutions must end. We need to find the right way to connect existing energy sources, which are sufficient. In particular, we need to better engage the world's freshwater resources, which cost nothing and are abundant. For this reason, after inventing submerged and compressed hydroelectric solutions in recent years, which failed to warm the hearts of environmental and energy entrepreneurs, I remembered my old artificial well project, which hadn't warmed the hearts of entrepreneurs or scientists either. I realized that all the issues are coming to a head, even though I continue to work without finding public and private partners interested in real investments that could simultaneously eliminate global poverty and global pollution. Meanwhile, it is said that artificial intelligence is already creating intellectual unemployment. It is clear that my reasoning, as a free man unconnected to any center of power, runs counter to that of today's multinationals. Governments, through free elections, must choose the peace solutions that the current leaders, not even the newspapers or the opposition, are not discussing. Only I, the undersigned, speak about them, and no one believes them because I am not tied to any power or global scientific organization, but only to my own direct experience, including small details that no one has wanted to practically test, so as not to change anything about the current way of producing the world's wealth.
It is not necessary to create other, more expensive and environmentally unfriendly energies, as we have done with heat engines and coal-fired steam boilers. Obviously, if coal is necessary, we must design good chimneys with electrostatic filters, as suggested on spawhe.eu.
Another reason why I became an inventor in my retirement was because I realized that the energy principles of water and air are not being exploited rationally, both locally and globally. Here too, governments should dictate the rules for designing human-powered facilities. But this doesn't happen because governments earn electoral support based on the jobs they create. They don't realize that by designing human-powered facilities globally, they would gain more votes. Politicians live day by day: better an egg today than a chicken tomorrow. They should know the state of the art in each sector to prevent entrepreneurs from abusing their power and speculating. As we know, every entrepreneur is a man of his own making. If legislation isn't adequate, the environment cannot be protected. In my resume, I talk very little about the time I worked in the automotive industry and much more about the time I worked in the environmental sector because I wanted to highlight the mistakes made by entrepreneurs who, instead of designing man-made systems that protect the environment, design and build systems that absorb all types of energy, and energy storage systems that draw energy from electricity distribution networks. So, the leopard may change its spots but not its vices. Entrepreneurs don't want energy savings; they want to sell energy, including energy storage systems. Natural energy that costs nothing and no one wants to sell. For this reason, public bodies should design and sell the world's energy. Today, however, public bodies play a double game. This is the reason why my solutions have not found a counterpart. Saving money is not considered an economic gain. Governments should be the ones to convince entrepreneurs that profits can be made by building public works that extract clean energy from the environment. This requires alternative inventions that represent a different way of designing man-made plants, as I have unsuccessfully attempted with the entire SPAWHE system, which failed to find public and private stakeholders interested in investing in the SPAWHE system's solutions, which would have extracted clean energy directly from the environment. Obviously, a different way of designing man-made plants is needed, and this requires a culture that cannot be improvised. In fact, submerged and compressed hydroelectric energy can be extracted directly from the environment without fuels and polluting emissions because the production process is direct and immediate, desired by the Creator of the Universe, without the intermediaries of governments and multinationals. Given my experience in industrial, environmental, and work organization plants, I found it natural to offer my opinion on the correct way to design human-generated systems, particularly those that treat water and air, which are the most common. Or should be. I couldn't help but offer my opinion on how such systems are designed, and I dabbled in inventing a few (about forty, unfunded by any government or multinational).

Now that I have partially recovered from the tragic event, I think it's right to mention this experience as well, since in my current state of health, my work should be continued by other designers with greater financial resources and in better physical and intellectual condition who share my solutions both technically and morally. In fact, I believe climate issues are fundamental for the designers of human-made facilities. Humans have a duty not to adapt to all the climatic conditions that can be created on earth with the help of science, technology, politics, governments, and opposition.
The recent controversy between the American president and the Holy Father of the Catholic Church highlights that God is watching us closely and that we must ask ourselves where these godless, powerful men want to go with nuclear science, the results of which we have gained from the World War and from equally dangerous nuclear power plants. We have talented scientists who have stopped at the excitation of atoms, achieving excellent technical and scientific results in the medical and energy fields without resorting to splitting the atom. As for fossil fuels, there are valid purification systems, some of which I have even studied. Other solutions can still be found and tested.
As a common Catholic citizen, I believe that if God allowed me to invent the energy-autonomous artificial heart that oxygenates the blood, published in several scientific journals, it would have been right to also find the financial funding to test this invention, which serves not only to extend human life beyond all expectations. As an ordinary Catholic, I believe that if God allowed me to invent the energy-autonomous artificial heart that oxygenates the blood, published in several scientific journals, it would have been right to find the financial funding to test this invention, which serves not only to extend human life beyond all expectations. Above all, it serves to demonstrate that indeed, man, thanks be to God, can find solutions that science cannot find on its own. Religion must be interpreted more openly than the Christian gospel, which cannot continue to recount the Old and New Testaments without recognizing that both are overtaken by daily events. Earth's powerful have always destroyed human lives too easily in the name of the interests of individual countries, without taking into account that we have acquired the knowledge to understand that wars harm everyone and rarely end. Therefore, it would be logical for everyone to live in peace without weapons of destruction and without pollution. Everything that harms the planet also harms us, no matter what country we live in.
As an installer of terrestrial industrial and environmental man-made systems, I have learned that it is very difficult to find impartial solutions that serve everyone's interests. The most commercially successful solutions are not the best. For this reason, I began my career as an inventor in retirement. Unfortunately, I couldn't find partners willing to invest in my solutions, born from environmental and industrial experience, but with energy extracted directly from the environment, which would cost nothing, apart from the non-existent energy transport infrastructure. In fact, floods occur due to the lack of such infrastructure, in which no country invests sufficiently.
Unfortunately, even on paper, solutions don't all emerge at once. They are the result of successive considerations. Indeed, if we had implemented all of SPAWHE's solutions, the state-of-the-art systems and related infrastructure would have improved. Unfortunately, in this sector, many talk, but few propose concrete solutions. Indeed, moving from step-lifting water to compressing it is a state-of-the-art advancement that no one has noticed because no one on planet Earth has implemented it. These solutions can only be found on the website of a retired person not funded by any public body in the world. Therefore, we should not be surprised if even artificial intelligence makes mistakes. Intelligence lacks human creativity, but neither does it possess human malice. If guided, it can detect the immense environmental errors committed by humans.
Regarding human physiology, the question we must ask ourselves without hypocrisy is this: is it better to live in a human body modified by humans to extend human life, or to accept the current limitations? I was forced to ask myself this question due to the absence of public and private interlocutors who have never asked themselves this question, given the absence of the energetically autonomous human blood oxygenating artificial heart invented by the undersigned, which has never been financed.
The war in Ukraine, which has been going on for over four years, is demonstrating that small drones can defeat powerful aircraft carriers; expensive tanks have become useless. But even drones can be stopped by simple fishermen's nets. Therefore, world wars primarily serve to waste economic resources, inflict military and civilian casualties, and increase the number of disabled civilians and soldiers. If submerged and compressed hydroelectric power had existed, Ukrainians and the world's population would not even have suffered from the cold, being able to produce energy autonomously and locally using only water and air. This would apply to the entire planet Earth. As mentioned, the entire planet could be cooled and heated with submerged and compressed hydroelectric power, which could eliminate all the world's deserts. Artificial wells would produce fish year-round, while marine rainwater transported by underwater pipelines would strengthen freshwater reserves. Obviously, investments are needed that the ruling class fails to grasp, despite artificial intelligence. Freshwater collected from the sea would also help prevent forest fires, of which there are many. With such an abundance of water and atmospheric air that costs nothing, we as humans should be ashamed to suffer from the current problems. We should also be ashamed that global warming during the summer months, due to droughts, is causing salty seawater to seep into the plains through dry rivers, completely ruining agriculture, already in crisis due to the high cost of fuel, for the simple fact that no world government has wanted to experiment with submerged and compressed energy without the hydraulic jump, which would cost almost nothing. Reflecting on the industrial and energy development they have created. Not all inventions have been useful to humanity. Most have been misguided because they have caused more environmental harm than benefit. Selection must be made before it's too late to prevent further damage to the planet. Everything that heats and pollutes the planet must be eliminated after verifying that the SPAWHE system actually works and is also the least expensive. Then we will consider the space race with solutions that don't harm the Earth. Otherwise, it's not worth it. We are only human beings. We are not Gods.
