Which reports the probable causes of the great energy blackout of 04.28.2025 according to experts from the various energy sectors involved, considering the current state of the art of global energy production.
On Monday, April 28, 2025, at approximately 12:30 p.m., a vast blackout affected all of Spain and Portugal, also extending to some areas of southern France and the small state of Andorra. The lack of electricity caused the total paralysis of the country’s railway network, created chaos in traffic in cities, interrupted numerous work activities and cost the lives of at least five people in Spain. In Portugal, the armed forces were mobilized to guarantee the distribution chains and the government declared an energy crisis.
The origin of the blackout is uncertain and the causes have not yet been identified. Although Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez urged people not to speculate, various hypotheses about the causes of the power cuts immediately began to circulate. For example, from the first hours, the news spread that the cause of the power cuts was a cyberattack. This theory was denied by Eduardo Prieto, director of operations at Red Eléctrica, who on April 29 said: “Thanks to the analyses we have been able to carry out so far, we can rule out a cybersecurity incident in Red Eléctrica’s facilities.” In any case, the day after the blackout, Prime Minister Sánchez announced that he did not want to rule out any hypothesis, explaining that the government’s National Security Council had set up a commission of inquiry, but would also request an independent report from the European Commission’s European Electricity Coordination Group to have a more precise picture.
Another hypothesis, reported by international and Italian media, concerns a rare phenomenon called “induced atmospheric vibration”. It would be a fluctuation of high voltage, potentially caused by sudden changes in temperature or atmospheric pressure, in turn linked to the release of energy due to explosions, fires, heat waves or other extreme weather events. Even in this case, however, these are presumptions and not declarations by the Spanish government, as has been erroneously spread.
But the narrative that has gained the most traction has renewable energy as its protagonists. According to various posts on social networks, this type of energy source would not be able to meet the needs of countries such as Spain or Portugal and would even be “creating vulnerabilities that directly threaten human life”. Even the Italian newspaper La Verità, on 30 April 2025, opened the newspaper with this alleged news, defining the blackout of a few days earlier as “the result of the green follies of the EU and the Spanish government”. The reality, however, is more complex and articulated than that and, at the time of writing, there are still few certainties about the causes of the blackout.
The reconstruction of what happened
According to the reconstruction by Red Eléctrica, at 12:33 on Monday, April 28, a very strong oscillation was detected in the energy flows of the electricity grids. In a matter of moments, there was a sudden loss of 60 percent of the electricity consumed in the country at that time, equivalent to about 15 gigawatts, for a duration of five seconds. This oscillation was due to the drop in electricity production which, according to El País, in Spain comes mainly from nuclear power plants, hydroelectric power plants, combined cycle plants, that is, plants that produce electricity by combining two cycles, one gas and one steam, and solar and wind farms.
Eduardo Prieto, director of operations at Red Eléctrica, explained that this disconnection led to the collapse of the system and the subsequent blackout. In electricity grids, when production and consumption are not aligned, sudden variations called “oscillations” are generated. These are actually normal fluctuations, and the systems are designed to automatically compensate for them: if the frequency rises too much, some systems are disconnected to reduce the excess energy. In this case, however, after an initial stabilization, a second, more intense imbalance exceeded the network’s response capabilities, causing it to lose stability and propagating the anomaly in a few moments.
After another 3.5 seconds, the safety systems deactivated the electrical connection between Spain and France, one of the few that connects the Iberian peninsula to the rest of Europe. Isolation that blocked energy imports, worsening the internal shortage. At that point, a significant part of the production from renewable sources failed, causing the general blackout. The low inertia of the electrical system, present in fossil fuel or nuclear systems, but less so in those based on renewable sources, may have had an impact.
While the effects of the events are clear, the exact causes that triggered the crisis are much less so.
Yet another pretext to attack renewables
In the first half of 2024, Spain generated almost 60 percent of its electricity from renewable sources, and for the entire year the country exceeded the 50 percent threshold of electricity generation from renewable sources for the first time for twelve consecutive months. On April 16, 2025, Spain reached a historic milestone by completely covering the peninsula’s electricity demand with renewable energy.
The blackout of April 28 put the spotlight on renewable energy, which has been under attack for several years by those who spread disinformation about the climate crisis and the solutions adopted to mitigate it.
The reason why this narrative has spread is mainly because preliminary investigations by Red Eléctrica have indicated a problem of loss of photovoltaic generation in the southwestern part of the peninsula. Furthermore, some recalled that Redeia, the group that manages strategic energy and telecommunications infrastructure in the country and parent company of Red Eléctrica, in its annual report for 2024 had warned of the risks to the security of the system resulting from the massive penetration of renewable energy into the system.
However, several organizations and specialists have defended cleaner technologies, arguing that the disconnection of 15 gigawatts of power in just 5 seconds, mostly from photovoltaic plants, but also nuclear, was a consequence, not the cause, of the blackout that affected the entire electrical network of the peninsula.
Among these voices is also the Fundación Renovables, a think tank that aims to raise awareness in Spanish society on the issue of renewable energy, which has clarified that the photovoltaic plants were deactivated in accordance with the regulations of Red Eléctrica, adding that the responsibility for the blackout cannot be attributed exclusively to renewable production or other sources without proof.
According to Beatriz Corredor, president of Red Eléctrica, “linking Monday’s incident to renewables is not correct.” Corredor also explained that Red Eléctrica has launched an in-depth investigation to collect millions of data points and find out what happened, millisecond by millisecond, ensuring that what happened will serve as a lesson to avoid repeating the incident in the future.
Renewables, like any new technology, need to be adapted to achieve the same level of reliability and stability as traditional power plants. Blaming them without certain and concrete evidence is very risky. Pratheeksha Ramdas, a renewable energy analyst at Norwegian consultancy Rystad Energy, told the Guardian that it cannot be “said that it was wind and solar that caused the blackout — in the days before, there were much larger amounts of renewables in the system.” However, “a higher share of renewables could have made it more difficult to absorb a frequency disturbance,” and there could be many causes: “a fault in the system, a weak transmission line.” According to Ramdas, this is a lesson for other countries too, since “more investment is needed in inverters with a grid regulation function, which can help stabilize the grid.”
Mar Reguant, a doctor in economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), explained to El País that “those of us who work in this sector are concerned about what is being said about renewables after the blackout, even if we still don’t know the causes” because “even without being fundamentalists of this type of energy source, we believe that the advantages of these technologies are very significant and there is no going back”. One of the criticisms leveled at renewables is that, unlike conventional power plants, they are unable to precisely regulate parameters such as the frequency of the electricity grid, since they depend on natural conditions such as the sun and wind. Electricity grids powered by gas or nuclear energy have a high inertia, that is, a natural resistance to sudden changes in frequency. On the contrary, grids based on renewable energy have a lower inertia and, if this is not compensated in some way, they can be less stable and more vulnerable to sudden changes. However, according to some experts, it is possible to overcome this limit by adopting new technical strategies, such as synthetic inertia, which would allow the grid to be stabilized even with wind and photovoltaic plants. In the event of a blackout, moreover, it has been seen that renewables can effectively participate in the system restart.
Spain is often cited as an international model of success in the energy transition. Reguant also clarified that to increase grid security, one of the most promising solutions is the use of batteries for storage, as is already the case in California, where capacity has grown from 500 to 13,000 megawatts between 2018 and 2024.
Chiara Di Mambro, director of strategy for Italy and Europe at the Ecco think tank, commented to Wired that «the causes of the blackout in Spain and Portugal will only be known over time. Blaming renewables does not convey the complexity of the issue», adding that «with a significant influx of intermittent energy, the resilience of the networks is fundamental».
While Spain was trying to restore the functioning of the electricity grid, Stephen Jarvis, associate professor of environmental economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science, monitored the changes in the system. He explained on Bluesky that he had seen solar, wind and hydro continue to provide power, while nuclear, gas and coal were completely out of service.
Professor Keith Bell, a lecturer in future energy systems at the University of Strathclyde in the UK, told Euronews Green that “events of this scale have happened in many places around the world over the years, in energy systems using fossil fuels, nuclear, hydro or variable renewables” and that no matter where the energy is sourced, “the engineering needs to be right to ensure resilient electricity supplies”.
Despite the narrative demonising renewables, the issue seems not so much about the type of energy used, but about managing the system and adapting to this new type of energy, which is key to the transition to less dependence on fossil fuels.
Blackouts can happen regardless of the type of energy feeding the grid. In 2003, for example, London suffered a major power cut, and at the time the grid was powered primarily by fossil fuels. The blackout was caused by a faulty transformer and an incorrectly installed component.
The nuclear debate
The accident of April 28, however, has not only fueled the debate on the use of renewable energy, but has also reactivated an already heated debate on nuclear energy, also relaunched by some Italian media. In fact, there are those who have seized the opportunity to try to demonstrate how renewables are not safe and nuclear power plants must continue to be considered in the country’s energy plans.
The current energy plan of the Spanish government, approved by the European Union, provides for the closure and dismantling of the country’s five nuclear power plants between 2027 and 2035. The right and far right of the Popular Party and Vox, however, are against this project and instead argue that nuclear power plants should remain open as they would be a fundamental and safer energy source. After the blackout, these political forces have strengthened their position, to the point of accusing the government of hiding information.
In Spain there are currently five active nuclear power plants, with a total of seven reactors in operation. Nuclear electricity production in Spain in 2022 was around 20 percent of the total production of the national electricity system. However, with the increasing use of renewable sources, such as solar and wind, this scenario is changing, and the share of nuclear energy in the system is decreasing. The main reason is economic, as nuclear power plants can no longer compete with the much lower prices of electricity produced by renewables.
Renewable energy expert Xavier Cugat told El País that shortly before the blackout, at 12:32 p.m. to be precise, renewables were covering around 70 percent of Spain’s electricity demand. At that time, only four of the seven nuclear reactors were operating, while the other three were stopped because they could not compete with the low costs of solar and wind energy.
The Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, sent a clear message, explaining that “during this crisis, nuclear power plants were not only not a solution, but they were a problem, because they were turned off and it was necessary to divert large amounts of energy to them to keep their cores stable.” Sánchez, in the same public speech, also added that “there was nuclear production shortly before the system collapsed, but it was disconnected like all the other technologies,” thus emphasizing that this cannot be considered a solution. “Nuclear energy has not proven to be more resilient than other energy sources,” concluded the president, explaining that the process of restoring the nuclear power plants that went out of service during the blackout, the following day, Tuesday, April 29, had not yet been completed. According to Sánchez, this shows that with greater dependence on nuclear power, recovery would not have been as rapid as it was.
Second part and conclusions.
I have reported the article above in full because I believe it was written with competence and impartiality by the authors, considering the current state of the art of world energies, which unfortunately exclude the true terrestrial energy of the future. If it is true that after the transformation of the various energy sources into electrical energy, they can together take a common path on overhead pylons or underground electrical cables. We must not forget that each process has its own performance and produces its own pollution. Furthermore, the transport of electrical energy itself involves structural costs, environmental pollution and unwelcome interference with the natural terrestrial electrical energy, conceived by the Creator of the Universe, through the ion exchange between the earth’s surface and the ionosphere.
I gave this article a title very similar to the one the undersigned published on 20.04.2024 https://www.spawhe.eu/lets-talk-scientifically-about-the-italian-disaster-of-the-bargi-hydroelectric-power-plant/, where, in fact, about a year ago the disaster occurred that destroyed the hydroelectric plant of Bargi, in Italy, which has not yet been put back into operation by the Enel Company, which managed it. Probably, this Plant will never be put back into operation, unless the entire plant is modified, as proposed by the undersigned in the article cited above. In fact, the current state of the art in energy and purification has not realized any of my forty inventions described in over one hundred and thirty articles published in chronological order on the website https://www.SPAWHE.eu. As I have already written, these inventions have cost me twenty years of work unpaid by anyone. Just to pay the fees for filing national and international patents, they forced me to subtract from my modest pension income the sum of about 20,000 euros, without having any copyright because current laws do not recognize inventors’ intellectual property, but only industrial property, provided that the annual maintenance fees for the patents are paid. Obviously, the undersigned, having never found public or private investors, has not been able to pay the annual maintenance fees for national and international patents. I have always considered these laws unfair because I believe that my inventions are correct, being both energetic and purifying for the earth’s environment, in the fixed and mobile versions. Therefore, in 2014, I created my website (https://www.spawhe.eu), also turning myself into a writer, to obtain at least the recognition of intellectual property that is recognized to writers even if they write fables, songs, works of fiction, without any scientific and technological utility.
I think that the social utility of inventions is worth much more than any fictional literary work. Especially considering the sectors I have dealt with. In fact, the energy expenditure for lifting the world’s waters is one of the largest energy expenditures in the world. As, until now, no scientist or inventor who preceded me on planet Earth has ever thought of using pumps in the opposite way to how they are used now, not to lift the waters, but to bypass the gravitational force, mounted in series with turbines that would produce electricity without the hydraulic jump. And in mobile and small-sized plants with the pressure of compressed air exploited in one direction. These concepts are fundamental to extract free energy from the Earth’s environment. It is not my fault if the entire world science of all time has not grasped this concept. Therefore, I do not criticize the energy system experts cited in the article above, who have stuck to the real state of the art of world energy, without taking into account the innovations that the undersigned has officially proposed since 2014 as an inventor and writer, continuing to pay only the patent filing fees. I have not been able to pay the annual maintenance fees, continuing not to find public and private interlocutors. But I want to point out that at least as a writer I am entitled by right to the intellectual property of what I write. In fact, I have done much more than the writers, having paid filing fees that other writers do not pay. Furthermore, I would like to point out that the alternative design of the entire global energy and purification system by the undersigned did not begin in the year 2014, but in 2006, with water saving systems, sewage purification, overlapping biological ponds, limestone greenhouses with artificial rains overlapping sewage sedimentation tanks, chimneys modified with electrostatic filters that would purify the fumes and capture CO2, producing alkaline water in the sewage system instead of the current septic water, which together with hydroelectric energy production without the hydraulic jump, which can be spread across the planet without any high voltage electricity distribution network on pylons; or with underground cables. Even today, the solutions that I have proposed do not exist and clearly the experts mentioned above do not know them, although some solutions are international patents not funded by any government or multinational. Up to now, it has been of little use that they are described on the website https://www.spawhe.eu. The current divisions of scientific, professional skills, which begin in schools and continue in work activities, do not lead to understanding the global and interactive functioning of terrestrial energy. This global functioning is simpler than it may seem if one observes with multidisciplinary practical skills of someone who has lived simultaneously for about 37 years the experiences of installer of industrial and environmental plants, before proposing himself, as an independent inventor in the year 2006 until the present date.
In essence, my work as an inventor has been based above all on bringing the scientific organization of industrial work into the environmental sector, where purification cycles are interrupted in the sewage systems and resumed with immense environmental and economic damage in the final purifiers. In my global plants, purification cycles are not interrupted in the sewer systems and therefore resources are not wasted to regenerate septic sludge, which, containing hydrogen sulfide and sulfuric acid, also corrode the metal reinforcements of the sewer system.
While respecting the work of designers of public bodies and private companies, I believe that they cannot escape the interests of their companies and the directives received. Therefore, I am not surprised that I am alone in asserting that, on planet Earth, we do not need current energies, fossil, renewable and nuclear, which have different energy sources, equally different design criteria and very different yields, but always less efficient than the interactive cycles of terrestrial water and air that purify each other while producing compressed electrical energy.
In fact, if we were to think with hindsight, we should recognize that we do not even need the transportation of electrical energy, since, as mentioned above, on planet Earth thanks to the gravitational force, which has thickened the atmospheric air to the pressure of one bar at sea level, we have the possibility of thickening it further at our pleasure to exploit it as a one-way energy source in the direction of the same gravitational force by means of other inventions, of the undersigned, in particular, the pumps modified with the double power supply, up to the impeller that allow the insertion of water at low pressure in the pressurized recycling circuit, to bypass the static pressure of the compressed air and the gravitational force itself, producing electrical energy in abundance without fuels, nuclear energy and current renewable energy. In fact, to produce electrical and electromagnetic energy without producing heat there is only one system and it is the only one that terrestrial science has never created on planet Earth: bypassing with fluid dynamics the gravitational force within the same volume of water (energy vector) by means of internal circulation intubated pressurized by atmospheric air or autoclaves with compressed air (energy source) in fixed and mobile anthropogenic plants, without using the hydraulic jump, which does not allow the recycling of water. The modification proposed by the undersigned of the aforementioned power plant is reported below.

Strangely, the entire world ruling class, including the scientific one, is silent on this solution, which precisely, in the Italian case, of the Bargi power plant, would have avoided its destruction by designing the plant differently: without the hydraulic jump. In fact, this plant was destroyed because the plant was not protected from the immense water hammer resulting from the blackout produced in the power grid, while the hydroelectric plant was in the phase in which it absorbed electricity from the external electricity grid, to bring the water back to the upper basin during the night hours when there is a greater availability of electricity compared to the daytime hours, when the production of hydroelectric energy is more necessary to power industries.
The design errors of hydroelectric plants have cost the entire world community dearly because they have multiplied the floods to exploit the hydraulic jump for energy purposes. While I proposed recycling water all year round by putting pumps and turbines in series and keeping the basins in their natural state that prevent floods by slowing the flow of water, or by producing energy with the water from the dams at minimum levels, thanks to the additional pressure provided by the pumps placed in series with the turbines. So, reasoning with hindsight, all the world’s electrical energy, to be rational, should not be produced by an immense electrical distribution network with different energy sources, which interfere with each other, using different energy principles and expensive energy accumulators. The natural terrestrial energy is fluid dynamics and electromagnetic. It must be developed at the temperature of the terrestrial environment, without fuels, nuclear energy, solar panels, wind turbines, which only create a useless technological diversification, which increases the size, the complexity of the plants and the economic costs.
On Planet Earth there is nothing more economical and functional than compressible atmospheric air and incompressible water. which also have chemical biological electromagnetic properties necessary for the life of plants, humans and animals. Furthermore, it has been ascertained that the natural electrical energy of the Earth is produced by the ionic exchange between the Earth’s surface and the upper zone of the atmosphere called the “ionosphere” which extends from 50 to 1000 km approximately above the Earth’s surface, in which the density of free electrons and ions reaches physically relevant values, that is, such as to influence the refractive index of electromagnetic waves. In essence, the Earth’s temperature and climatic events are regulated by the ionic exchange between the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere which behave like the armature of a capacitor that produces lightning and atmospheric disturbances depending on the quantities of gases and water vapor present in the Earth’s atmosphere. Planet Earth had reached a natural climatic balance with the right percentage of atmospheric gases in the eighteenth century AD. This balance began to change precisely with current energy production, especially fossil fuels. But nuclear energy is even more harmful due to the immense quantity of steam it produces. The Creator of the universe used heat only in the nuclei of stars and planets, far away from where biological life and that of humans and animals develops.
Just to produce steel and incinerate waste, thermal plants are needed that need to be designed differently with fossil fuels and special chimneys with electrostatic filters and artificial rains that were among the first inventions by the undersigned. They too have never been realized on planet Earth by the current world ruling class.
For the undersigned, who as I wrote, for my entire working life have installed anthropic, industrial and environmental plants, there are no doubts. Planet Earth would like energy production to be developed cold and therefore, as a pensioner, I began to propose environmental inventions that are based on a rational distribution of water on the entire planet and from this network extract cold hydroelectric and electromagnetic energy without the hydraulic jump, in the submerged and compressed versions. Practically, as an inventor I continued to think like an installer of industrial and environmental plants, organizing scientific and technological work cycles practically so as not to waste time and not to disperse resources and poisons in the environment. It is clear that this type of work is uncomfortable for those who have exploited the principles, physical, chemical, biological, thermal, nuclear, solar, wind, electrostatic, individually, without taking into account that in nature everything happens simultaneously, at the temperature of the terrestrial environment, therefore of the atmospheric air and terrestrial water, which for their physical, chemical, biological, electromagnetic characteristics, are respectively, the energy source and the natural energy vector that the nature of the terrestrial environment uses, at all hours of the day and night and at all latitudes longitudes. It is sufficient to keep the water in the liquid state and the air in the gaseous state to produce all the clean energy that humans, plants and animals need, even to defend themselves from heat and cold.

In fact, by exploiting the principles of the solubility of gases in water of Henri and Dalton, we can understand that the energy source (air and gravitational force) and water, which is the energy carrier, self-purify each other during energy production. This is true, both in large plants and very small ones, such as the artificial human hearts of the future, which current science has pretended not to understand in order to continue using gas, oil and nuclear energy that are of no use to the economy or to human health. Below I publish the link to the article “The nursery rhyme of Spawhe.eu and the website map”, which the authoritative scientific magazine Word Journal published for me without demanding any compensation. Isn’t it strange that those who publish solutions of public utility must pay the publishers, while those who write fantasy novels are paid by the publishers?
This happens because the world’s power centers do not want the global diffusion of science. They prefer the current division of competences, even if they are detrimental to global protection of the environment and sustainable economy. It is not possible that even in the year 2025, the experts in the global energy sector ignore the future potential of the Spawhe system that. As I wrote, I started publishing in 2006, while, in the meantime, the current purification and energy systems continued to produce global warming, with incomplete and anti-economic solutions, including renewable energy, which certainly cannot compete with truly clean energy, producible 24 hours a day, which costs nothing and is not consumed, being recycled and available in every corner of the earth, at the temperature of the earth’s environment. This clean energy is everywhere and is capable of feeding a population tens of times greater than the current one with the SPAWHE system. Not by chance, it is the acronym of the words Synergic Plant Artificial Welling Hydroelectromagnetic Energy. In the current development model, synergies between plants are not exploited because the scientific organization of work has never entered it, as it has entered the industry. The artificial welling proposed by the undersigned is not even exploited, despite the science knowing that the natural welling that produces food fish is only realized in five percent of the ocean surface. Hydroelectric energy is not exploited correctly, which has created more disasters than benefits, because the exploitation of the hydraulic jump involves the one-way path of the water, which instead must not be dispersed in the sea but retained on dry land, being the energy vector, not only of physical force but also of electromagnetic force in the chemical, biological, neurological processes of living beings.
This energy can also take us into space precisely because it is not consumed and with artificial light it can also be generated in space environments, starting from chlorophyll photosynthesis, as described in the patent filings and in the 130 articles published on https://www.spawhe.eu.
The current energies produced by men are not interactive, they are not self-purifying, they will never be able to contribute to the creation of artificial hearts, oxygenators of human blood that would prolong human life.


Current energies will never be able to combine Newton’s reaction thrust with Lorentz’s electromagnetic thrust. For the simple fact that the first is achieved with the spectacular combustion fumes that are the pride of the Italian Air Force with the tricolor arrows that pollute the atmosphere. While, the second thrust can only be achieved at the temperature of the Earth’s environment, not coils of wire protected with insulating paints that do not resist the temperatures of heat engines and even less nuclear ones. We cannot even think of going into space with solar or wind energy. Therefore, the only powerful and sustainable energy is that which has never been achieved on planet Earth, having been invented by the undersigned, who is not tied to any government or multinational. However, the ways of the Lord are infinite. It so happened that one of my three daughters bought an old country house to restore together with her husband. This house, by pure chance, is equipped with a cistern for collecting rainwater. Even if they don’t know it yet, with my little retirement savings and with their permission, I will use the water from this tank to build two working prototypes of my “compressed hydroelectric” and “submerged compressed hydroelectric” systems, already published in my articles and patent filings, but adapted to the specific application, as per the attached drawing:

So far, I have not been able to create demonstration prototypes due to the lack of collaboration from Italian public bodies, since the building and water infrastructures are the most expensive part of the construction of such works. In the near future we will see if I am right or wrong and I will fight to obtain my intellectual rights on my inventions, at least as a writer, having lost my industrial property rights due to the absurd laws that require inventors to pay expensive annual patent maintenance fees. I know that intellectual property is worth much less than industrial property, but morally it is more correct, not creating monopolies that slow down global development. Furthermore, if I am not mistaken, intellectual property expires seventy years after the author’s death. We should not be surprised by such a long duration, because, above all, in the hydroelectric sector, which was born in 1882 in Wisconsin (USA), near Niagara Falls, exploiting the hydraulic jump. Even today in 2025, there have been no significant updates until the inventions of the undersigned, which as I explained above, have the potential to bring this energy to the first place of world energy for efficiency, sustainability and protective side effects of the environment, which no other world energy can produce.
Always, by pure coincidence, I want to mention the Augustinian thought of the new Pope Leo XIV on creation, which I did not know before writing this article. I documented myself having learned, like everyone, that the new Pope is an Augustinian missionary and I discovered that this thought is characterized by two aspects: metaphysical optimism: nature as a creation of God is perfect; anthropological pessimism: although man is perfect, as a creation of God, he has decided to challenge him for an act of pride, creating unnatural energies like the current ones, which are warming the planet. The only energy that has never been realized is the one that was inspired in me by an unknown entity, as I have always asserted. I am sure that it will work, but if it does not work, I will not be the only one to blame.
With the Spawhe system we do not need remote electrical distribution networks, but only a rational global water distribution because to produce fixed and mobile electrical energy of any power locally, water, air and gravitational force are sufficient.
