COP 27 The difference between virtual and real development.

What are the reasons for the failure of COP 27? For the undersigned they are the same as the failure of the failure of all 26 previous COPs, including the good intentions of the countries that signed the Paris agreements of 2015. The Paris Agreement (https://www.consilium.europa.eu /en/policies/climate-change/paris-agreement/) presents an action plan to limit global warming. Its main elements are:

a long-term goal – governments agreed to keep the increase in global average temperature well below 2°C above pre-industrial levels and to continue efforts to limit it to 1.5°C

contributions – before and during the Paris conference countries presented comprehensive national climate action plans (called Nationally Determined Contributions – NDCs) to reduce their emissions

ambition – governments have agreed to communicate their action plans every five years, each of which sets more ambitious targets

transparency – countries have agreed to communicate their achievements in implementing their respective targets to each other and to the public in order to ensure transparency and oversight

Solidarity – EU Member States and other developed countries will continue to provide climate finance to developing countries to help them both reduce emissions and become more resilient to counter the effects of climate change

The Paris Agreement entered into force on November 4, 2016, with the fulfillment of the condition of ratification by at least 55 countries representing at least 55% of global greenhouse gas emissions. All EU countries have ratified the agreement. But the effects of this agreement are not only not noticed. The environmental situation is much worse.

I wonder how agreements can be made without changing anything in the current anthropic purification and energy systems? How can you not understand that an ideal development model is needed to follow? Who should have developed this alternative development model? I think it should have been the organizers of the COP, that is the United Nations. How much would it cost for each sovereign state to keep this body alive, which should be above partisan interests? What should be the ideal end goals? Let’s suppose that these objectives were: zero pollution, clean energy supplied free to all, without the burden of transporting gas, oil, coal, electricity distribution networks but only the invisible electromagnetic energy and telecommunications.

It would or would not be convenient for all terrestrial sovereign states to spend a little more money, not to build but to completely demolish an energy and purification system that was wrong from the ground up.

The war in Ukraine has exposed the fragility and dangers of current energy due to the risks of nuclear accidents, the attack on the Nord Stream gas pipeline, The blocking of the supply of energy and heat to the entire population right with the start of the season winter.

As I recently wrote in an open letter to the Italian prime minister (https://www.spawhe.eu/open-letter-to-the-new-italian-prime-minister-giorgia-meloni-on-the-subject- of-environment-and-energy/), I think that planet Earth is not yet ready to be managed by world politicians unless science first corrects its mistakes, unless the new generation politicians force science to verify current specific scientific reasoning, with global and interactive reasoning, which could lead in a very short time to start a completely different development model. Unfortunately, still virtual, as it is inconvenient for the entire world ruling class.

All inventions and specific technologies present on Earth must be reviewed, and possibly corrected to be included in future inventions of public utility worldwide. New inventions shouldn’t even be funded without being subjected to global scientific reasoning. Today global scientific disinformation involves the entire world population and the political class it governs. Advertisements are mistaken for scientific and technological progress, while the reality is very difficult to understand because global scientific and technological reasoning has always been boycotted both by science and by the entrepreneurs who produce the world’s wealth. While world public science with the consent of governments sells its patents to multinationals. It should be obvious that the true global scientific truth cannot be ascertained because it is not based on single scientific applications but on the way in which they are connected to each other: that is, on the scientific organization of not only industrial but also environmental work which is not taught in no world university training school, there being too many details to piece together. Probably, both governments and multinationals did not expect these details to be put together by myself with reasoning based only on the experience of industrial and environmental work in a virtual way, even without any public or private funding. Certainly we cannot deny that human life is better than in the past, but whoever did my job as a designer and installer of anthropic plants, first industrial and then, completely changing jobs, took care of environmental plants, could not escape the moral duty to globally design man-made plants. In fact, the industrial work cycles must also include the environmental cycles and the environmental work cycles must be made faster, on a par with the industrial ones. It is no coincidence that the undersigned, in order to investigate such solutions, had to leave the current job market, which works with specific separate industrial and environmental skills. Only as a pensioner was I able to investigate the correct way to purify and produce energy. I could not have done it if I hadn’t known the industrial systems first and then the purification and energy ones, which use different machines and systems and a different scientific organization of work.

I was not surprised that on planet earth no one wanted to experiment with my inventions which inevitably would have forced us to make subsequent global reasoning, as I was forced to do, assuming that the previous inventions not financed by the current ruling class worked. It is obvious that my development model is only virtual and may seem like science fiction, but who can deny it? If no one financed the very simple basic principles that led me to modify the chimneys, the sewers, to cover the purifiers so that they do not disperse heavy gases such as CO2, combustion oxides, fine particles into the environment. It is clear that reasoning differently from other environmental and energy designers and inventors, sooner or later, I would have arrived and conceived a more complete system, both energy and purification. However, I do not boast of these insights. It was not my intention to go into space with global interactive linear motors that do not consume energy and also capture interstellar dust. I just wanted to clean up fossil energy as completely as possible, scientifically applying the organization of industrial and environmental work, doing the right operations at the right time, incorporating the purification processes into the production processes of consumer goods and fossil energy. It was a necessity to modify the chimneys, the sewers and the purifiers, in order to be able to create more complete cycles. SPAWHE’s nursery rhyme shows that they are in good faith. The inventions, published in chronological order, clearly demonstrate that what was invented later could not be invented without going through the earlier inventions.

I didn’t want to create any embarrassing situation for men of world power who think they can solve environmental and energy problems by allocating hundreds or thousands of billions to the same bodies that have produced global warming and the current distribution of world wealth If there were greater coherence on the part of politicians and the economists who govern planet earth, before allocating hundreds or thousands of billions for the definitive works, they would have to start financing and creating small demonstrative prototypes of global interactive inventions by following the instructions published on https://www.spawhe.eu. If they work, we move on to the next inventions, if they don’t work, we try to understand the reasons for the malfunction.

In the terrestrial environment everything being connected in an interactive way, it is necessary to be very careful when purifying and producing energy. Whoever invented the universe and planets like the Earth is certainly no amateur as a multidisciplinary inventor. If Earth science had learned only to locate and creatively copy interactive principles, it would also have learned to design the machines needed to painlessly and harmlessly extract energy from the Earth’s environment. This is why I insist on the SPAWHE nursery rhyme which is still culturally unknown by science and by the powerful of the Earth. Earth science, not having been able to design the plants and machines that were supposed to extract free energy directly from the gravitational force and from air and water molecules with simple interactive fluid dynamics principles, have involved combustion and nuclear energy, which the creator of the universe wisely kept well away from planets like the Earth where biological and human life developed. Today we are eight billion and on Earth, only those who investigate the division of the atom are still rewarded and those who want to simplify the fluid dynamic and hydro-electromagnetic interactive biochemical processes already experimented by the creator of the universe without the use of any technology are ignored. Finally, I answer the question that gave the title to this article: What is the difference between virtual and real development? There is no difference between virtual and real development. The first must precede the second to avoid making a mistake in the final investments. Instead, the world’s ruling classes of the past and those of today, have done without virtual development and have proceeded directly to create the current development model, which has produced global warming and will never allow us to carry out real space exploration if we do not learn to produce global energy cycles, not based on the division of the atom, but on the correct management of terrestrial molecules developed over billions of years by nature itself, before man appeared on Earth. It is no coincidence that the first ancestors of men appeared on earth only in the last three hundred thousand years, when the earth’s environment was well cleaned of the harmful gases of the primordial era. Without purified molecules and atmospheric pressure, produced for free by gravitational force, man cannot survive. It is no coincidence that air and water are the indispensable elements also for creating chlorophyll photosynthesis and the carbon cycle. They are also infinitely recyclable. For this we must also use them in space as a primary energy source, which also serves to produce the terrestrial hydroelectromagnetism, produced at the earth’s temperature, which interacts perfectly with the universal electromagnetism produced at billions of degrees. Therefore, the advancement of the state of the global purification art has not occurred. Consequently, it was not even possible to notice that the water circulation pumps, if we make them work in the direction of gravitational force, by placing them in series with the turbines, we could extract the energy directly from the environment. Having not done this, it was not possible to realize that the water circulation pumps, if in addition to making them pump in the direction of gravitational force, we modify them on the suction side and make them another inlet clearly separated from the main one up to the same impeller , we can always use the same water to create energy because we use one feed to recycle the water from the upper basin and the other feed to introduce into the same impeller the water discharged from a turbine fed by falling water from the same upper basin. Not having done this, it was not possible to think that by replacing the upper basin with a pressurized autoclave with compressed air, it being understood that we use a turbine connected to the outlet of the autoclave, we can recover the water drained from the turbine and insert it back into the autoclave, whose pressurized water is recycled with the same impeller of the pump by means of the second supply. In this way, with the same water and the same compressed air, we would have produced a current generator that extracts energy from the environment, with quite small dimensions. Having not done this, it was not possible to further reduce the dimensions of this current generator by increasing the operating pressure of the autoclave in order to be able to mount it on cars and trucks, on agricultural tractors. Not having done this, it was not possible to think that the overall dimensions can still be reduced by using submersible pumps as turbines mounted directly in cylindrical tubes that would act as autoclaves. Therefore, these groups could be used to be inserted directly into the wells to raise the water and at the same time oxygenate the aquifers which today are polluted by agricultural fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides and fecal coliforms. In fact, we know that part of the air that pressurizes the autoclave dissolves in the water according to Henry’s principle, purifying the water for free. Not having done this, it was not possible to think that the overall dimensions could be reduced even further.
